Importing FNM File Into Point
Once you get email notification that a loan application is complete (please note you cannot download incomplete applications), login to your Surefire account. Click "New Loan Applications", which is near the top right. Click on the name of the person who completed the application and save the FNM file to your desktop. Open your LOS and import the file.
